I know, everyone says Don’t miss this beauty..”, so check this out yourself. I can say this, this Meadows Gem is a one owner home and is not a flip though the work in the updates are fantastic. Start with the kitchen, spacious granite counter tops, new lighting, backsplash, fixtures and gas top, oh, and not to mention the 18” floor tile. The coffee bar could also double as a breakfast bar, just add bar stools and breakfast! Open dining to the living room with new flooring, paint and plantation shutters.
