What you want is space, inside and out. You want an open floor plan 4 bedrooms, and tons of storage. I know you have searched for a home with stainless appliances and granite in the kitchen, plus marble in the 3 bathrooms as well. You say you would like sound privacy from room to room? So how about extra insulation between the walls to deaden the sound. Did we mention the crown molding? What would it take to water a lot that is over 16,000 square feet? You will be covered with your own water well! And speaking of covered, how about a newer fence with steel posts and concrete footing. All this home needs – is you!
